Welcome back! The weather seems to finally want to cooperate with us!

Our day began with centers. We are continuing to complete the Fontess and Ponell reading assessment as well. I hope to wrap this up this week.

After recess, we began our focus on Sentence Fluency during writing. Students worked in pairs to practice reading with expression. Students then worked in small groups to complete a variety of stations focusing on reading with expression, choosing fluent sentences, and adding missing punctuation.

Math consisted of two stations: collecting pictures of a variety of shapes and describing shapes in as many ways as possible.

Students then had physical Ed. We ended off the day by completing a questionnaire for the Farewell.
