Our Friday started off with Day 4 of Centers. Students wrote their spelling test and completed their TWAS at the Guided Reading station. Monday will start off with a fresh set of Centers as we go in cycles of 4 days.

After recess, we completed Math Pods. At the computer station, students watched a short video, Teaching Equations Video. At the independent station, students work to complete a patterns worksheet and handed this in. At the teacher station, we reviewed our last assignment and started to talk about equations. We will be using a Guess and Check strategy and By Inspection to solve equations over the next week or two.

Students worked in partners in Science to start designing their rain gauge's. Students need to bring whatever supplies they discussed with their partners to school for Monday.

In Social, we completed the atlas activity that we started last class. These were handed in.

Phys Ed wrapped up our day!
