Students completed Day 3 of Centers this morning.

After recess, we completed Math Pods. At station 1, students completed a review of the millilitre and handed this activity in. At station 2, we explored with capacity and volume to find the connection between the two. The third station had students playing capacity games from the blog.

Students then had library before lunch.

After recess, we discussed Samuel de Champlain and his connection to Acadia and New France. We then watched a short video that described his three voyages.

Students finished their day with French and Phys Ed.

* Students have been given their sign in names and passwords for a new reading program called Raz-Kids. Students can access this website at home to practice their comprehenstion skills. I ask that students only complete 1 story a night if they so choose.
