Our morning started off with our first assembly for the month of March.

After assembly, students worked in pairs to find other words for Color words. Students used a pack of 64 Crayola crayons, as well as Lexipedia, Thesaurus.com, and Visuwords. We created posters with our new words and will display them in the classroom for students to use in their writing.

We then used the spring scales to do load tests on our bridges. Great job to everyone!! The students did a wonderful job constructing bridges that could withstand forces of up to 15 Newtons. Students then completed an activity comparing tension and compression.

After lunch, we went through the Math review from yesterday. The unit test for Measurement is tomorrow!

Our day finished up with Phys Ed and read aloud.
