We started a new set of Centers this morning. Great job during the last set of Centers grade 5! We also wrote our Lesson 25 spelling test and completed our TWAS.

After recess, students had art with Mrs. Schentag.

Our afternoon started out with a short Math class. We reviewed two math problems that we completed last week. We also talked about how to read decimals and practiced using a place value chart that included decimal places.
We completed the school division mandated Examplar problem solver yesterday and the students did a wonderful job. They worked extrememly hard to do their best and I am very proud of them. Great job!!

We wrapped up our day by working on our Explorer project and having Phys Ed.

April classroom newsletters went home with the students today. Please pay particular attention to the dates mentioned within the newsletter as these dates are very important for students to be at school for.
A letter also went home concerning Grade 5 Farewell. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
