Students completed Day 4 of Centers today. Groups are beginning the next story "How I Got My Dogsled." We are also continuing to work on our Memory stories.
Students were reminded that all center activities are due on Monday so any activities not completed will be homework for the weekend.

Students were introduced to the next problem solving strategy: Use or Look for a Pattern. We completed one problem together as a class and then split into 4 small groups to solve another problem.

We worked on coloring and labelling our world maps today. If students are not finished, this is homework for Monday. Some students began defining a number of different landform terms using their dictionaries.

Room 20 has a "Reading Wall Under Construction." Every time a student reads a chapter book, they will be adding another brick to our Reading Wall. Our goal is to build an entire wall!!

This week's Book 'N It To A Billion total: 1,040,694.
Our classroom Book 'N It To A Billion total: 3,356,854
